  • Breaks any applicable law or regulation.
  • Is fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, or harmful.
  • Interferes with the website, our systems, or other users.
  • Attempts to gain unauthorised access to data, accounts, infrastructure, or security controls.
  • Introduces malware, automated scraping abuse, spam, or denial-of-service activity.
  • Uses our name, branding, or materials in a misleading way.

5. User Submissions

If you submit a message, document, description, image, prompt, or other material to us, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • You have the right to provide it.
  • Providing it does not infringe any third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, or applicable law.

5.2 Licence to operate the service

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, use, reproduce, adapt, and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate the website, review enquiries, respond to you, secure the service, and improve our operations.

5.3 Sensitive and confidential information

Unless we expressly ask for it and explain why it is needed, please do not submit highly sensitive personal data, special category personal data, trade secrets, or material you do not want processed through ordinary website workflows.

6. AI-Assisted Features

Forward-Looking AI Terms

This section applies if and when MosqueMe makes AI-assisted features available through the website or related services.

6.1 Review AI output carefully

AI-generated suggestions, drafts, summaries, translations, or recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI output before relying on it, publishing it, or sharing it with others.

6.2 How submitted AI materials may be used

If you use an AI-assisted feature, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, analyse, modify, and otherwise use:

  • The prompts, instructions, feedback, files, or other materials you submit to that feature.
  • The outputs generated for you.
  • Related interaction and performance data connected to that feature.

We may use that material to operate, maintain, test, secure, evaluate, fine-tune, and improve MosqueMe's own AI systems, safety features, classifiers, and related products and services.

6.3 Safeguards and boundaries

Where reasonably practicable, we may use aggregated or de-identified information for AI improvement work. Where applicable law requires it, we will provide additional notice and any available objection or opt-out controls before using personal data for AI model improvement.

Please do not submit confidential information, special category personal data, or third-party personal data to an AI-assisted feature unless you are clearly authorised to do so and it is necessary for the feature you are using.

7. Intellectual Property

The MosqueMe website, including its design, branding, text, graphics, layout, code, and other site materials, is owned by or licensed to MosqueMe and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the website for lawful internal or personal purposes, but you must not:

  • Copy, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the website or its contents except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
  • Remove copyright, trade mark, or proprietary notices.
  • Use our branding in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or authorship without permission.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. Those services are controlled by their own terms, privacy notices, and practices, and we are not responsible for them.

If we rely on third-party infrastructure to run the website, such as hosting, email, or database tools, that does not give you any direct contractual rights against those providers.

9. Content and Service Disclaimers

9.1 Website information

We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current, or error-free.

9.2 No professional, legal, or religious advice

The website is provided for general information. Unless we explicitly say otherwise, content on the site is not legal, regulatory, financial, medical, or religious advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional guidance.

9.3 Planned features

Descriptions of future, preview, or planned functionality are provided for informational purposes only and do not amount to a binding promise that a particular feature will launch in a particular form or timeframe.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, withdraw, or change the website or any feature on it at any time, including for maintenance, security, operational, legal, or commercial reasons.

We will try to act reasonably, but we do not guarantee that the website or any feature will always be available or uninterrupted.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that we may process your information in line with that policy and applicable law.

If AI-assisted features are launched later, any related personal data handling will be explained in updated privacy disclosures.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of reputation, or loss of data arising from your use of the website.

We remain responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or by our failure to use reasonable care and skill where the law requires that responsibility.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or block access to the website or to a particular feature if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the website, comply with law, investigate abuse, or respond to a breach of these terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.

If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory consumer laws of the country in which you live. Where permitted by law, the courts of Scotland will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the website.
