• Create, operate, market, or assist with any website, app, product, service, brand, or marketing material that copies, closely imitates, derives from, or is confusingly similar to MosqueMe's design, content, branding, user interface, user experience, product flow, visual identity, or overall presentation.
• Remove, obscure, alter, or misrepresent any copyright, trade mark, authorship, attribution, or proprietary notice.
• Use the MosqueMe name, logo, branding, screenshots, product images, or visual identity in any way that suggests endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, affiliation, authorship, or approval without our written permission.

Any unauthorised use may infringe copyright, trade mark rights, design rights, database rights, passing off rights, contractual rights, and/or other legal rights. We reserve the right to take legal action without further notice, including seeking an injunction, delivery up or destruction of infringing materials, damages, an account of profits, legal costs, and any other remedy available by law.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of, or grants any licence to use, MosqueMe intellectual property except where expressly stated. If MosqueMe does not enforce a right immediately, that does not waive the right or prevent us from enforcing it later.

These restrictions apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and do not limit any rights or remedies that MosqueMe may have outside these terms.

The website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. Those services are controlled by their own terms, privacy notices, and practices, and we are not responsible for them.

If we rely on third-party infrastructure to run the website, such as hosting, email, or database tools, that does not give you any direct contractual rights against those providers.

We may update, suspend, withdraw, or change the website or any feature on it at any time, including for maintenance, security, operational, legal, or commercial reasons.

We will try to act reasonably, but we do not guarantee that the website or any feature will always be available or uninterrupted.

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.

If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory consumer laws of the country in which you live. Where permitted by law, the courts of Scotland will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the website.
