5.3 Sensitive and confidential information
Unless we expressly ask for it and explain why it is needed, please do not submit highly sensitive personal data, special category personal data, trade secrets, or material you do not want processed through ordinary website workflows.
6. Website Content
General Information
6.1 Review website content carefully
Website previews, descriptions, examples, or suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for checking information before relying on it, publishing it, or sharing it with others.
6.2 No professional advice
Website content does not replace professional, legal, financial, technical, or specialist advice. You should seek appropriate advice where needed.
6.3 Future updates
If new website functionality is introduced, any related terms or privacy information will be updated as needed.
7. Intellectual Property
All MosqueMe intellectual property is reserved. The MosqueMe name, brand, logo, website design, visual style, user interface, user experience, page layouts, copy, graphics, icons, screenshots, animations, code, databases, product concepts, feature descriptions, and all other website materials are owned by or licensed to MosqueMe.
You may view the website only for normal, lawful use. Unless we give you prior written permission, you must not:
- Copy, reproduce, scrape, download, mirror, clone, frame, imitate, adapt, modify, translate, sell, license, sublicense, publish, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the website, design, content, branding, layout, look and feel, source code, product flow, or product presentation.
- Use any MosqueMe content, design, code, screenshots, graphics, copy, data, or site materials to train, evaluate, or operate any automated system, search index, dataset, or competing product.
- Create, operate, market, or assist with any website, app, product, service, brand, or marketing material that copies, closely imitates, derives from, or is confusingly similar to MosqueMe's design, content, branding, user interface, user experience, product flow, visual identity, or overall presentation.
- Remove, obscure, alter, or misrepresent any copyright, trade mark, authorship, attribution, or proprietary notice.
- Use the MosqueMe name, logo, branding, screenshots, product images, or visual identity in any way that suggests endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, affiliation, authorship, or approval without our written permission.
Any unauthorised use may infringe copyright, trade mark rights, design rights, database rights, passing off rights, contractual rights, and/or other legal rights. We reserve the right to take legal action without further notice, including seeking an injunction, delivery up or destruction of infringing materials, damages, an account of profits, legal costs, and any other remedy available by law.
Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of, or grants any licence to use, MosqueMe intellectual property except where expressly stated. If MosqueMe does not enforce a right immediately, that does not waive the right or prevent us from enforcing it later.
These restrictions apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and do not limit any rights or remedies that MosqueMe may have outside these terms.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. Those services are controlled by their own terms, privacy notices, and practices, and we are not responsible for them.
If we rely on third-party infrastructure to run the website, such as hosting, email, or database tools, that does not give you any direct contractual rights against those providers.
9. Content and Service Disclaimers
9.1 Website information
We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
9.2 No professional, legal, or religious advice
The website is provided for general information. Unless we explicitly say otherwise, content on the site is not legal, regulatory, financial, medical, or religious advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional guidance.
9.3 Planned features
Descriptions of future, preview, or planned functionality are provided for informational purposes only and do not amount to a binding promise that a particular feature will launch in a particular form or timeframe.
10. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, withdraw, or change the website or any feature on it at any time, including for maintenance, security, operational, legal, or commercial reasons.
We will try to act reasonably, but we do not guarantee that the website or any feature will always be available or uninterrupted.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that we may process your information in line with that policy and applicable law.
If new website functionality is launched later, any related personal data handling will be explained in updated privacy disclosures.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of reputation, or loss of data arising from your use of the website.
We remain responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or by our failure to use reasonable care and skill where the law requires that responsibility.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or block access to the website or to a particular feature if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the website, comply with law, investigate abuse, or respond to a breach of these terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory consumer laws of the country in which you live. Where permitted by law, the courts of Scotland will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the website.
